Afropian’s Shipping Policy
Order processing time:
All orders are processed within 2-3 business days. Orders are not shipped our delivered on weekends or holidays. If we are experiencing a high volume of orders, shipments may be delayed by a few days, but we will keep you informed.
We ship via Standard Post, Ethiopian Postal Services, from Addis Abeba (Ethiopia), a very reliable service. You will receive a tracking number and link after your order has shipped.
If you would like us to ship via DHL, at an extra cost, kindly contact us.
Estimated delivery time
Africa: 14 business days.
Europe: 14 business days.
USA: 14 business days.
Rest of the World: 14 to 28 business days.
Your country might request customs clearance payments for packages.
Afropian is not responsible for said fees, or for providing information about said fees.
We encourage our customers to seek information on customs/collection fees before placing an order with us.
Afropian’s Return/Refund Policy
What is Afropian’s return policy?
Our return policy is extended only when goods are returned in a resalable condition with price tags intact and a valid receipt.
On full-price merchandise:
Return must be received within 10 days of purchase. The return can be done via Post or at our offline store. The refund will be processed via a mode agreed with customer.
Return on ‘Reduced Price’ merchandise:
Return must be received within 7 days of purchase. The same procedure for return and refund is applicable.
Exclusions from the return/refund policy:
The following items are excluded from our return policy:
- Any damaged or visibly worn products. Some of the items may have their own terms and conditions which will be product specific.
- Items on final reduction, priced at 50% or below, are non-returnable.
- Please note that merchandise can only be returned for refunds if they are unused and have all the price tags available.

When do I receive a refund?
You may initiate the request for refund by sending us an email at firstname.lastname@example.org with your order number as the subject line. You are responsible for repackaging & shipping the item.
