Antique silver, recycled glass, chrome-plated Akan gold weights, trade beads and leather make up this extravagant, yet elegant, bracelet.
Aya can be worn around the wrist or the upper arm. She also triples as a necklace or an anklet.
A special note: the large, handwoven leather cross was handmade by nuns in Ethiopia, and dyed with natural pigments. Aya also has a very valuable antique silver coin representing Emperor Haile Selassie on one side, and the Lion of Judah on the other.
